とろっとろ～の卵をのせて・・
こってり～～と濃厚なトマトソースをかけて。
チキンライスは 薄目の味付け、
ちょっと 固めに炊きあげるくらいの水加減にして、
鶏肉・玉ねぎ・塩・コショウ・ケチャップ
オリーブ油・ブイヨンちょびっと
適当に入れて・・
たくさん炊いて 残りは冷凍しておくんですよ。
いつもは 自家製のトマトたっぷりのミートソースをかけるのですが、
冷凍しておいたのが無くなったので、
今日は パスタソースをかけました。
卵さえあれば
アッという間に 出来上がり～～！！
忙しい時の お昼は
チャッチャと出来て・・美味しい～～！！ が 一番！！ですネ。
