若いご夫婦が 頑張っている素敵なレストランです。
いつもギャラリーのDM置かせてもらっているのに、
なかなか夫婦では お食事に行けなくて・・
今日はグッドタイミング。
ダイエット中なの・・って マダムにささやいたら、
ランチメニューには載っていない野菜たっぷりの一皿用意してくれました。
写真を撮り忘れたのだけど、
最初は ポテトスープ そのなめらかで美味しいこと！！
メインディッシュ大満足・・ハァ～ァ～ ←御馳走満足溜息
デザートはパンプディング・・・上にアイスクリームが乗っかって～～また ハァ～ァ～。
ハイ！ 全部残さずいただきました！！美味しかった！！

ところで～～ダイエット～～どうなりましたぁ？
夜は家族がたっぷり食べるのを横目で見ながら、
少なめに。
これから プールです。
ウォーキング・水中筋トレそれぞれ10分 計20分。
背泳往復50㍍ 6本 20分。
頑張ってきま～す！！
