南蛮漬けは 作り置き出来るので、
忙しいときには重宝しますね。
シシャモで作ることが多いのですが、
おばぁちゃんが 鶏肉好きなので・・今夜はモモ肉で。
たっぷり片栗粉をまぶして、
両面を カリッカリに焼いてから
玉ねぎと人参をスライスした南蛮液に浸けます。
少なくとも 30分は浸けた方が良いね。
冷蔵庫で冷やしたのも おいしいですヨ。
最後に あさつきを散らして・・・いただきま～す。

中央に 1本ス～と筋の入った白いお皿は、
“柏の葉”で 年に一度催される陶器市で見つけたものなんです。
手持ちの陶器は 主張の強い作家物が多いので、
暖かみのある白が 中和的な存在で とても使いやすいお皿です。
特価で 500円でしたので、5枚買いました・・・
「売るほどお皿あるのに、また 買ったの～」と 言われましたが、
今では 「コレ 良い皿だね」って 言ってくれます。
でしょう～？！
私の眼力・・・確かなモンよ！！

It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.
