お子様たちの目が釘付け・・・ですね

毎日カスピ海ヨーグルトを作って食べていますが、最近飽きてきて！
凍らすのも手ですね。
ブルーベリーも収穫できだしたので、私もやってみましょう。

この夏は　お世話の回数が増えました～～。
会う度　小さな成長を発見して楽しい。

来て嬉し・・帰って嬉し・・実感の日々です。

同じカスピ海ヨーグルト使っているみたいですね～～。
市販のヨーグルトは酸っぱくて・・
少しお砂糖を入れないと食べられないのですが、
コレなら大丈夫。
もう何年も　毎朝　季節のフルーツを入れて食べていますヨ。

フローズンにすると　生クリーム入れなくても美味しくいただけるので、
アイスクリームよりカロリー少なくて、良いかな～～て思ってます。

暑さに負けて　食欲なくなる！！って事がないので、
夏やせする人が　うらやましいような～～。

でも！！　やっぱり　元気が一番！！ですよネ。
