---- 五目豆 ----
お昼に作っておいたので、
ガラスの器に入れても平気です。
煮物は 冷えるときに味がしみてきます。
ひじきや切り干し大根などの常備菜も
出来たての熱々より 冷たい方が美味しいですよね。
煮立ってから5分で
小さくカットされている凍り豆腐と 早煮昆布を入れて・・
余熱で煮えるから（うちの調理器は余熱が効くので）、
すぐに火を止めても大丈夫。
こんなのを作っているときは・・ “主婦してる～～” を実感！！
〈 大豆・こんにゃく・エリンギ・人参・凍り豆腐・早煮昆布 〉が入って、
五目じゃなくて・・
六目豆になりました。
