チャンスがあれば料理を作るようにしていて、パーティーなどに持って行きます。
それを見ていた友達がなにか教えてということで２３日の日曜日に
「ガランティーヌづくり」教室をやりました。
ついでにパーテーもやろうということになり、１０人ほどが集まりました。
先日いただいたＩさんの手作りハム・レバーペーストに昨日作っておいた
ガランティーヌ・Ｈさんの手羽カレー風味揚げ・Ｓさんからのトマトと
ホワイトアスパラガス、ワインは白２本赤３本。
Ｓさんの自家製バジルソース、パンにもペンネにもよく合いました。
今回は教室をやりながらパーティーへ移行するというスタイル。
やってきたお客さんにも手伝ってもらい、ワインを飲みつつ準備。
これが日曜のお昼らしいやり方。
昨日今日のパーティー用に二本作ったので、それが予習となりスムーズに
教えることが出来ました。
Ｉさんのハム作り見学も今回の助けとなりました。
最近の鶏はサイズが大きいのでに二つに分割にして作ります。
開いた皮付きの肉を長方形の形に整えてその上に豚の挽肉＋ニンジンや
エリンギをのせ太巻きのように巻いていきます。
サランラップ２枚使って巻いていき、タコひもで成形。
ハム作りでは浸透性のあるセロファンとそれにさらしを使って成形しますが、
鶏の場合は加熱するだけですから、サランラップで巻き大きななジプロック
に入れて１００°の鍋で１時間ゆでます。
一晩冷蔵庫に寝かせて味を落ち着かせます。
Ｉさんのところでランチをごちそうになり、お昼のパーテーは良いものだと改めて
思ったのです。
あいにくに雨空で冷やした「白」のイメージが薄れましたが、白も赤も
非常に美味しく飲めました。
計算外の３人のお客さまの参加もあり楽しい日曜日でした。

Hi there just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the images aren't loading correctly. I'm not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I've tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same outcome.

Hi there! I know this is kind of off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this site?
